About The Founder
Originally from Mexico, my work is grounded in a strong architectural foundation and a deep understanding of how space, materiality, and proportion shape daily life.
I combine design and construction expertise, developed over years of leading high-end residential and commercial projects in Mexico and across the United States, including Texas and Florida. I have also lived in Canada, which contributes to a broader, global perspective that informs my approach to each project.
Design Approach
I design with purpose. Each space is shaped by how you live, with careful attention to flow, materiality, and proportion. Nothing is arbitrary. Every element contributes to the overall experience of the space. I create balanced, complete environments where texture, pattern, and enduring materials build depth, and contrast brings richness and character.

Originally from Mexico City, Miguel brings a thoughtful, detail-driven approach to residential design, fueled by a strong sensitivity to how people live and experience space. His work is guided by the belief that architecture should feel intuitive and deeply connected to everyday life.
Prior to joining Claudia Howard Interiors, Miguel worked on residential, high-end residential, and boutique commercial design projects in Austin, Los Angeles, and Mexico. This gave him exposure to the entire design process, shaping his ability to balance technical precision with a strong focus on spatial quality.
Outside of work, Miguel draws inspiration from art, design, and travel, with a curiosity for exploring new places that continues to influence his creative perspective.

Ree brings a thoughtful and creative approach to her role as Marketing Assistant for Claudia Howard Interiors, shaping and maintaining the studio’s presence through considered, intentional content.
She ensures each project is presented with clarity, authenticity, and attention to detail. Outside of work, she enjoys the beaches of Oahu, exploring nature, reading, and being around animals.
